CIaaS: Community-led Intelligence & Infrastructure-as-a-Service

AWS for servers.Stripe for payments.Airbnb for the spare room.NexusG8 for communities.

The first CIaaS: one owned address for every person, a door and a roster for every community, and the rails that route people, opportunity and money between them, with half of what flows sent back to the community that created it. It is built and live. This is the fuel.

01 · The industry we are creating

We are not entering a market. We are naming one.

Every generation of the internet gave something its infrastructure, and one company became the word for it. Communities, the oldest network there is, never got theirs.

  1. AWSCompute, as a serviceA business stopped building its own data centre.
  2. StripePayments, as a serviceA business stopped building its own bank connections.
  3. AirbnbTrust between strangers, as a marketRooms that already existed became something you could book.
  4. UberRouting, as a serviceIt built no cars. It routed the ones already on the road.
  5. NexusG8One address, as a serviceEvery person gets one address they own, with a free page built from blocks, and every community gets a door. The group chats, forms, lists and profiles collapse into one verified, searchable network.

The name, said one way

CIaaS · Community-led Intelligence & Infrastructure-as-a-Service

Community-led Intelligence

The map a community holds of itself: who is in the room, what they can do and what they need, owned by the community and never sold.

Infrastructure-as-a-Service

The rails underneath: an address for every person, a door and a roster for every community, routing between them and a ledger, installed rather than built.

Uber didn’t build cars. It routed the ones already on the road. We don’t build communities. We give the ones that exist the rails.

02 · The problem

Our communities pay rent to reach their own people.

Someone in row four needs a pharmacist mentor. The pharmacist is in row six. They never meet. And the grocer down the street pays Meta to reach these exact families.

Two statements for the same identityIllustrative model

*Half of what NexusG8 makes on each sale through a verified community goes to that community, a fifth before. Payouts have not started yet.No dollar figures are invented on either statement.

$5.3Ma day, modelled, to reach each other
$830M$1.1B

A year kept by the platforms, modelled as a range. Modelled from platform extraction (a Meta and Google proxy) and Muslim paid reach spend, across organisations and mosques in North America. A directional estimate, not a measurement.

$64M to $253M paid by Muslims each year simply to reach other Muslims.

Not a spending problem. A routing failure.

And a routing failure has a fix. Whoever owns the identity controls the map, and whoever controls the map captures the flow.

03 · How it works

From scattered links to one address. From one address, a routed network.

Nobody migrates, nobody deletes anything, nobody adopts a new app. The group chat stays. What changes is where it all lands.

Four places. No one sees the whole person.

06 · The model

Free for members. Paid to route. Half goes home.

We make money when the community makes money. Every plan, booking and sale is written to one ledger, and half of what NexusG8 earns goes back to a verified community, automatically. That alignment is the moat.

A wedge we can own. A market nobody has mapped.

We start with the community we know best, where trust already lives at the door, and the same rails serve any community after it.

08 · The raise

$850K over eighteen months. Only the first stage is open.

Not a runway to keep building. The building is done. $50,000 gets it into the hands of the communities it was built for, and brings back evidence rather than a story.

What month four has to show

  • 10,000 verified users. Verified, not invitations and not a waiting list.
  • About 10 active organisations. Actively using NexusG8, not merely signed up.
  • The same process, more than once. Several organisations launched the same way, with onboarding time and cost measured.
  • Members who stay. Activity after joining, and the first evidence of paid conversion.

$5 per verified member. A measure of capital efficiency, not a cost of acquisition: the same money pays for the technology, the founder and the operations.

  • This is support for a defined piece of work, not the purchase of equity or a share of revenue.
  • NexusG8 is built by Mecca Digital LLC, a company and not a charity. A contribution is a gift: it is not tax deductible and it buys no equity.
  • Payouts to communities have not started. The ledger that will run them is built and visible in the product.
  • The figures describing market size are modelled estimates with their basis shown, not measurements.

10 · Questions

Including the awkward ones.

Is it really built, or is this a demo?

It is live and real. Every screen saves to a production database at nexusg8.com, and members have been joining since 5 October 2026. What is unproven is the acquisition engine, and that is exactly what the first stage buys.

Why do some people get equity and others not?

Support is a gift: you are not buying shares, a note or a share of revenue. Investing is the other door, from $10,000, on the same terms as the round, by a call. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities.

Is a contribution tax deductible?

No. NexusG8 is built by Mecca Digital LLC, a company and not a charity.

What happens if the target is not reached?

Work continues at the pace the money allows, which is slower. Nothing is refunded and nothing is held in escrow, so give only what you are content to give either way.

Do communities get paid today?

Not yet, and the app says so. The ledger records from day one: half for a verified community, a fifth before verification. Payouts begin once they are switched on.

Who owns it? Does it depend on one developer?

Mecca Digital LLC owns the brand, the domains, the data and the accounts. Every decision is written down in the codebase, so another engineer can pick it up.

I cannot give money. Can I help?

Yes, and it is not a consolation. One introduction to an organisation that installs a NexusG8 is worth more than most single contributions.

Own the address · Build the map · Route the value

We either build our own rails,or stay tenants on someone else’s.

Companies are named for comparison only; none is connected to NexusG8. Projections and modelled figures are labelled where they appear. A contribution is a gift, not an investment. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities.
