NexusG8

For event organizers

Your event ends on Sunday. Your community shouldn’t.

Conventions, retreats, summits and galas bring thousands together for a weekend, then everyone scatters. NexusG8 gives your event a Gate: check-in at the door, “who you should meet here” for every attendee, contact swaps that become leads for vendors and sponsors, and a community that is still there after the last session.

In private beta, by invitation. Apply and we write when your place is ready.

People walking through a busy convention hall
Convention season is here. The fall galas, the year-end conventions and the winter retreats are weeks away. We are onboarding organizers now.

The problem

You’ve said it yourself.

“Networking is luck.”

Thousands of people in one hall, and the person you needed to meet left on Saturday.

“The bazaar ends and the leads vanish.”

Vendors and sponsors collect business cards in a bowl.

“We only hear from them next year.”

The registration list is all you keep.

Today

  • Badges and lanyards, then nothing
  • Business cards in a bowl
  • A registration list in a spreadsheet
  • Silence until next year

With NexusG8

  • QR check-in at the door
  • Who you should meet here, for every attendee
  • Contact swaps that land in leads
  • A community that is still there on Monday

How it works

From the first scan to a network.

  1. 1

Open a Gate for your event

Your organization’s Community Gate hosts it: sessions, RSVPs and add-to-calendar inside it.

  2. 2

Check people in at the door

A QR at registration. Who came is counted, not guessed.

  3. 3

    Help the right people meet

Every attendee sees who they should meet here, and swaps contacts with a scan.

  4. 4

    Keep the room together

Broadcasts, follow-ups and the next event, to everyone who came.

Where to start

The three things that matter first.

Everything on NexusG8 is yours from the first day. These are the three that change things soonest for event organizers.

01

Check-in at the door

Events with RSVP and QR check-in, so you know who actually came.

02

Who you should meet here

Matching for every attendee, from what they offer and what they need.

03

Contacts that become leads

A scan swaps contacts and lands in each person’s leads, for vendors and sponsors too.

What you get

The same rails every community runs on.

Unified communications

One message. Everyone gets it.

Broadcasts, events, messages and voice notes from one place, to the people who chose to hear from you. No more posting the same announcement on five apps.

  • Broadcasts to the whole community
  • Events with RSVP, add-to-calendar and check-in at the door
  • Messages and voice notes between members, with context

Routing

The right people meet.

NexusG8 reads what people offer and what they need across the communities they share, and suggests who should meet, on Home, on a Personal Gate, at an event. Introductions come warm, never cold.

  • Who you should meet, here and at this event
  • Ask for an introduction, and the person in between decides
  • Jobs, programs and volunteering, offered to your members, who claim them in a tap

Instant mapping

From a room of strangers to a map, in one scan.

People scan the code, ask to join and say what they do and what they need. Your community stops being a list of numbers and becomes a map you can search.

  • Paste the list you already have (names, numbers and emails) and the people on it are let in or marked as they arrive
  • Skills, offers and needs, shown only to people who share a community
  • Search your people: who here can help with this?

Command Center

Run it all from one place.

The roster, the requests at the door, roles, events, broadcasts and the numbers, in one Command Center for the people who run the community.

  • Owners, admins and moderators, each with a seat of their own
  • Follow-ups, so nobody who asked falls through
  • A Friday digest: who joined, who asked, what’s next

Personal Gate

One address that’s yours.

nexusg8.com/meet/you: one card that travels with you into every community, event and room. A public side anyone can open, and a private card only the people you choose receive.

  • Your number and email are never public; you release them one swap at a time
  • The communities you belong to vouch for you, right on your card
  • On your QR, in your wallet and on every profile you already have
  • Export everything, whenever you like

Pages

Pages that do something.

Build a page from blocks that work: bookings, forms, a shop, events, a lock box and a voice hello. Every booking, form and contact swap lands in one list, with notes and follow-ups.

  • Bookings at the hours you set, confirmed by email
  • Forms that ask exactly what you need to know
  • A shop and payment links, with a pay-safely notice first
See every block

The agency

Need a partner, not just a tool?

The rails are software. The agency is people. We bring worthwhile deals to the athletes, creators and community leaders we represent, and give brands and founders direct routes to the communities and talent that fit them. A paid service, by application.

For talent & community leaders

  • Brand partnerships and sponsorships
  • Speaking and appearances
  • Offers screened for fit, terms negotiated

For brands & founders

  • Sponsorships screened for community fit
  • Creator and athlete partnerships
  • Pilots and launches with communities

Questions

Good questions.

Do attendees need to download an app?
No. It works in the browser: a scan at the door opens your event. They can add NexusG8 to their home screen if they like.
Can vendors and sponsors use it?
Yes. Each has a NexusG8 of their own: a scan swaps contacts and lands in their leads, with notes.
What happens after the event?
Everyone who came stays reachable through your Community Gate, for the follow-up, the next session and next year.
