Bismillah · For friends of Mecca Digital
CIaaSCommunity-led Infrastructure as a Service
Your people are already there. We give them the reach and visibility they’ve been missing.
NexusG8 gives every person and every community one address they own, a website built from blocks, and a control panel to reach and mobilize everyone in it. It is live today, payments are on, and all of it has been built since 7 September.
Email gave everyone an address. The website gave everyone a page. NexusG8 is both, with your people attached, and this time you own it.
Bismillah
I wanted you to hear this directly from me.
You knew this journey before NexusG8 was NexusG8. This is what Mecca Digital became.
The story in 60 seconds
Six lines. If they land, the rest is detail.
Everything below expands one of these, with the real product and the real screens.
We are over-connected and under-discovered. Communities run on rented apps, scattered across different addresses, and pay to reach the people already in their own room.
A NexusG8: one address a person or community owns, a website built from blocks that shows everything about them, and a control panel to reach, discover and mobilize the whole community.
Identity issued where trust already lives: the mosque door, the event, the café table.
Free for people. Plans, cards and a share back: half of what a verified community brings in is the community’s.
A masjid’s Gate is already built from what it publishes, waiting to be claimed. With 500 members it could earn the masjid about $980 a month.
A $20K qard hasan now carries us through this quarter. By 31 December we show real growth and virality, then raise $250K on real numbers.
01 · The problem
Over-connected. Under-discovered.
Every week we stand shoulder to shoulder with the doctor, the founder and the mentor we need, and never find out who they are. The trust is real. It just never becomes a network.
Rented rails
Our institutions run on someone else’s apps.
A mosque, an alumni group or a creator coordinates people across tools that share no member list, no directory and no way to reach the right person. “Who knows a lawyer?” gets forty replies and no answer.
Handles are not addresses
If someone else can switch it off, you never owned it.
A handle you rent
“DM me on …”- ✕Revoked or throttled at someone else’s word
- ✕Followers do not come with you
- ✕Pay to reach your own people
- ✕Your attention is what is sold

02 · The product
One NexusG8. Three things that work as one.
Every person gets one, and every community gets one. These are the real screens, live on nexusg8.com today, shown with our sample member and sample community.

Inside the app
It tells you who you should meet, and why.
Matching reads what people offer and need inside the communities they share, then shows it in three colours. Nothing is invented: every chip comes from the match.
Swipe the strip below. Five screens from the app as it works today, with fictional people.

Pages, for everyone on NexusG8
A home on the web, built from blocks.
Every person and every community gets a page. Pick the blocks you need, drag them into place, and it is live: links, bookings, a shop, events, forms, donations and more. Each block already works.

03 · In the world
We don’t buy attention. We install gates where people already gather.
The quickest way to onboard a community, and discover all the talent already inside it.
Concept for a masjid · a working code
The QR Gateway
Scan the door. The roster builds itself.
A gateway at the entrance turns a room of strangers into a community that knows who it has. Members follow for every update, or ask to join and step inside. The code in this photograph is real: scan it and the masjid’s own Gate opens.
- Follow brings every update, instantly
- Ask to join is answered by a steward, so the community stays the community’s
- Inside, members discover the people, skills and opportunities around them
- Members choose whether they are shown; the roster itself stays with the stewards
Physical scan→Owned identity→Permissioned access→Instant mapping→Routed value
DAR Coffee · a restaurant gateway
The restaurant gateway
One code on the table. A page and a table service assistant.
A restaurant’s gateway opens a page it owns and a table service assistant in the same tap: water, more coffee, call staff, the bill. The menu, the hours and the reviews live behind one code, and every guest can follow with a tap. The café stops renting its customers back from a delivery app.
- Requests land live on the floor screen in seconds
- Menu, today’s special, hours and order ahead as blocks
- One Follow turns a visit into a regular the venue can reach again
Everything scattered, behind one code
One QR code. One identity the restaurant owns.
Scattered listings→One table gateway→A page they own→Service on tap→A regular who follows
The athlete · the page builder
Pages for athletes and creators
One page the algorithm can’t take away.
Athletes and influencers build a page from blocks, own the address, and keep the relationship when a platform changes its rules. Brands and bookers find them through the communities they belong to.
- Links, bookings, a shop, forms, voice, galleries and events as blocks
- Every block shareable on its own, every visit counted
- An agency on top routes brand deals and appearances
Rented audience→Owned address→Blocks that sell→Deals routed to you

This Gateway is real. Point your camera at it.
Every community already has a front door: a mosque’s entrance, a creator’s bio, an event’s registration desk, a WhatsApp group. A Gateway puts NexusG8 there. The code below opens Mecca Digital’s own Community Gate.

A Gateway is a community’s front door, in any form. A sign on the wall, a card in a hand, a link in a bio: each one opens the same Community Gate.

What one scan does
One scan at the door. A community that finally sees who it has.
Every scan adds a real person to a roster the community owns, with what they know, what they need and what they are working towards. Within weeks the stewards can see their whole community and reach all of it, and, if they choose, show the public the talent inside so more people want in.
- Scan or tapAt the door, at an event, on a card. No app store.
- Follow or ask to joinFollowing brings updates. Joining asks a steward.
- A steward lets them inSomeone who knows them says yes. The roster stays real.
- Their profile joins the mapSkills, needs and goals become searchable, inside the community only.

Example numbers for a 500-member masjid: a projection, not any masjid’s figures. Showing talent on the join page is built, and switches on with the next Privacy Policy update.

05 · Hadi, the guide

Hadi is NexusG8’s own assistant. It is built and in use by our team today, and it opens to members after the new year.

Discover
Events, people and organisations worth your time, from what you share and what you need.
Connect
Who you are looking for, and who is looking for you, with an introduction ready to send.
Collaborate
Where the people you have met are going next, so the first meeting is never the last.
Start by conversation
Tell Hadi who you are and what you need, and your Gate fills itself in. The more it knows, the more it helps.
Shariah-guided by design
One of the first AI assistants built on a Shariah-guided framework.
When a hadith or a verse is shared in a community, Hadi looks for its source and its grading, and says plainly when a reference is missing or weak. What spreads among our people should be sound, and a helper that checks is no longer a nice-to-have.
- Quran and hadith shown with their reference, never without
- A missing or weak source is named, gently and clearly
- Answers drawn from approved sources, with citations
- It proposes and explains; a person always decides
Source checking opens with Hadi for members after the new year.
Ask→Hadi checks the source→Answers with context→A person decides
06 · Proof: a Gate already built
East Plano Islamic Center’s Gate is already built.
We built EPIC’s Community Gate from what the masjid already publishes: live prayer times, both Jumuʿah prayers, its schools, the clinic, the food pantry, the WhatsApp group and Donate. It is waiting for the masjid to claim, and claiming it costs EPIC nothing. We can do the same for any community in an afternoon.
EPIC has not joined NexusG8. Its page says “Not yet claimed”, and its stewards can claim it, change it or have it taken down.

The day it claims its Gate
One unified system to reach, see and mobilize its people.
One place to reach
Every announcement, by email and push, to the people it is for. Not forty WhatsApp groups.
One place to see
Who is in the community, what they know and what they need, on a roster the masjid owns.
One place to mobilize
Volunteers, events and needs filled in one send, with check-in at the door.
One place to grow
A share of what flows through its door, written to a ledger from day one.
A custom app
- Prayer times, a banner of programmes and Friday announcements
- Links out to location, YouTube, duas, Quran and Donate
- Built at its own cost; every change goes back to the developer
- It does not know who its members are, and nobody inside it can meet anybody else
Its people, visible and reachable
- Everything the app shows, edited by its own stewards in minutes
- A real roster: Follow or Ask to join, approved by a person
- Announcements by email and push, events with check-in, like the Thursday duas
- Who should meet whom: the doctor who can mentor a student, the founder who is hiring
- A needs board for volunteers, and a share of what flows through its door
What its admins would see
If 500 people from the masjid signed up and filled in their profiles.

A projection drawn for a conversation, on the real Wall screens. Not EPIC’s figures.
What it could earn a masjid, every month
When a member upgrades or a business joins through its door, the masjid earns half of the net, written to a ledger from day one: $11.99 a month for each Pro member and $47.92 for each business on Gateway. Donations through its own link stay entirely the masjid’s.
| With 500 members | Pro | Gateway | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conservative | 25 | 3 | $443.51 | $5,322 |
| Expected | 50 | 8 | $982.86 | $11,794 |
| Strong | 75 | 15 | $1,618.05 | $19,417 |
Illustrations at today’s prices. Payouts have not started; they begin every two months once switched on.
And that is only the plans
The bigger market is sponsorship, and nobody serves it today.
Those figures count plans alone. Far larger is what Muslim-owned brands and organisations already pay just to speak to us: an estimated $200 million or more a year to Meta alone. On NexusG8 a sponsor reaches a community through its own door, with its consent, and the community shares in it. Whoever holds the address, the roster and the consent holds the shortest road into that market, and the hardest one to copy.
$200M+
a year, estimated, paid to Meta alone by Muslim brands and organisations to reach Muslims. Untapped by anything built for the community itself.
Next: brand partnerships and sponsorshipThe $200M figure is our own estimate. Sponsorship and brand partnerships are planned and not yet live.
One place to reach→One place to see→One place to mobilize→A share back to the masjid
07 · How it works
Tap. Map. Route. Value.
From a scan at the door to a community that pays its people back. Every NexusG8 is the output of these four steps.
Tap
A card, a code or a link opens a Gate on any phone. No app store in the way.
Map
Each person claims an address; stewards approve; a real roster forms, with skills, needs and goals.
Route
Matching puts the right people in front of each other: introductions, events and broadcasts that land.
Value
Plans, cards and bookings flow through the door, and the community’s share is written to a ledger.
One card · one tapThe card
One tap does five things.
- Opens your Personal Gate
- Shares your contact, after they share theirs
- Captures who you just met, so nobody is lost
- Invites them into your community on the spot
- Shows who you can help, and who can help you
NFC cards and gateways are pre-orders, shipping from December 2026.

09 · Ownership
Their data. Our rails.
A community’s records are the community’s. A person’s NexusG8 is the person’s. We own the technology and the data layer that lets matching and networking work across communities, and we never sell what passes through it.

- The roster and what it keeps on members
- Requests at the door, and its decisions
- Broadcasts and messages inside it
- Events, RSVPs and check-ins

- Which details each community may see

10 · The waqf model
Built waqf-minded. That is why a masjid says yes.
A mosque board will not hand its people to a platform that rents them back. It will adopt infrastructure built to keep giving back to the community that made it. That intention, written down with its limits, is our distribution advantage.
Waqf (WAH-kuf): in Islamic law, an endowment given permanently for public benefit. We say waqf-minded because that is the intention, and we state exactly where it stops.
Farḍ kifāyah (fard ki-FAA-yah): a duty owed by the whole community. When enough people take it up, everyone is relieved of it; when no one does, everyone carries it.
We believe Muslims need an identity of their own, and the means to reach, see and serve one another, without depending on anyone else’s platform. Someone has to build it. We are building it as an amanah, a trust held for the community, open to everyone it can benefit, and paying its share back to the people it serves.
Mecca Digital LLC is a Texas company. Nothing has been endowed: NexusG8 is not legally a waqf today. The covenant below is proposed, and binds nothing until it is adopted and governed.
Mecca Digital LLC builds and runs the rails
Plans, cards and bookings are paid through Stripe. NexusG8 earns by extending the rails, never by selling attention.
Half of the net goes back to the community
Every sale through a verified community’s door credits it 50% of the net; 20% before it is verified. Payouts have not started; the ledger records every credit now.
Stewards sign, communities are protected
The Steward Pledge and Partner Terms bind how a community’s people and share are handled.
Half of eligible net profit to community trusts
The waqf intention made binding: a structure for long-term community benefit that survives a sale, a pivot or an investor’s preference. It needs adoption and governance first.

16 · A personal ask
The last time we spoke, I was asking you to believe in a vision. Today, I can show you the product.
I am not asking you to fund an idea. I am asking you to help me put an asset that is already built into the market, and prove what it can do.
I have reached this point through a difficult road, and I have carried the last stretch through a hard personal season. The product is ready and onboarding opened on 5 October. We are raising $250K; before that, the most critical need is smaller and immediate: a $20K qard hasan, an interest-free loan, that carries us through this quarter so the round is raised on real growth instead of a plan.
You knew this when there was far less to see. I would sincerely value another look.
