The Ambassador Pledge
What every Brand Ambassador agrees to before their Gate goes up. Five promises, made to the people they bring in rather than to us.

In one line: bring communities you actually know, say who you are, promise nothing NexusG8 does not do, and hand over everything you build the moment it is asked for.
A Brand Ambassador speaks for NexusG8 to people who have never heard of us. They carry a link that credits what they bring in, they build Community Gates for communities that have not signed up for anything yet, and they have a page of their own, the Ambassador Gate, that NexusG8 writes in their name.
That is a great deal of trust in one direction, so this pledge runs the other way. A steward accepts the Steward Pledge for each community they run, before its Command Center opens. An Ambassador accepts this one once, for themselves, before their Gate goes up.
What I promise
- I bring communities I actually know, and I say who I am to everyone I bring. Not bought lists, not strangers, not a number. Every person who hears about NexusG8 from me knows that it is me saying it, and that I am an Ambassador for it.
- I do not promise anyone income, a placement, or that NexusG8 will do something it does not do. Not earnings, not a payout, not a feature that is still being built, not a date I cannot keep. If I am asked something I do not know, I say that I do not know.
- I build pages for communities with their knowledge, and I hand them over whenever they ask. A page I build for a community is theirs, not mine. I tell them it exists, I never present it as something they have joined, and a request to hand it over or take it down is answered, not argued with.
- I answer the people I bring in, or I tell them plainly who will. Someone who came in through me and then hears nothing has been let down by me, not by the product.
- What I am told about a community or a person stays with me. Their roster, their numbers, their plans and their difficulties were given to me for one purpose. I do not pass them on, and I do not take them anywhere else.
What the role gives, and what it does not
- While the role is active it carries Pro, a direct line to the founder in Messages, a link that credits sign-ups, communities and upgrades once they are real, and the Ambassador Gate.
- A count only moves when something is real: a person counts once a steward has approved them into a community, an upgrade counts after thirty days without a refund. Invitations sent count for nothing.
- Payouts have not started. Recognition and Pro time exist today; money follows when payouts are built. Nothing in this pledge, and nothing an Ambassador may say, is a promise of income.
- Mecca Digital LLC is a Texas company. The work is done with the intention of a waqf, and nothing has been endowed as one: that intention is not a legal structure, and it is not described as one.
If it goes wrong
- The first time, we tell you what happened and what has to change.
- A second confirmed breach, or any serious harm (a promise of income, a page passed off as a community's own, somebody's roster taken elsewhere, fraud, threats), ends the role and the Gate that came with it.
- The communities you brought in keep everything they hold. What they have was never yours to take back, and a community is never penalised for who introduced it.
- A paused role stops crediting and takes down the Gate while it is paused. Pro that came with the role ends with it; Pro that was paid for is never touched.
We act only on breaches of this pledge, the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines, never on how much anybody brought in. We always say what happened, and you can ask for a review at support@nexusg8.com.
How this fits with the rest
This pledge adds to the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. An Ambassador who also runs a community of their own accepts the Steward Pledge for that community as every steward does. It applies from the moment you accept it, and NexusG8 keeps a record of who accepted which version and when. If we change it, we ask you to accept the new version, and your Gate stays down until you have.
