NexusG8

For restaurants & cafes

Every table is full of customers you will never hear from again.

They ate, they paid, they left. The review went to somebody else’s website and the regulars live in your head. Put a code on the table: guests call staff without waving, and the same tap hands them your menu, your hours and a way to come back, all of it yours.

In private beta, by invitation. Apply and we write when your place is ready.

People talking over food at a cafe table

The problem

You’ve said it yourself.

“We are the busiest we have ever been and we know nobody.”

Four hundred covers a week and not one name. The people who love the place cannot be told anything.

“Our reviews sit on a site that sells ads against us.”

The relationship with your own customer is rented from a platform that puts a competitor beside it.

“They are waving and nobody has seen them.”

A guest waits, catches no one’s eye, and decides the service was poor. Nothing was wrong with the food.

Today

  • Regulars you recognise but cannot reach
  • A menu printed, then taped over when a price changes
  • Reviews on somebody else’s site
  • A raised hand and no waiter looking

With NexusG8

  • A code on every table, and a guest who taps instead of waves
  • Your menu, hours and today’s special, changed in a minute
  • Followers who hear when something is on
  • A Gate you own, at nexusg8.com/join/your-place

How it works

How it works for you.

  1. 1

Put a code on each table

Print them from the Command Center. Each one knows which table it is on.

  2. 2

    A guest taps it

Call staff, water, the bill, or whatever buttons you design. Nothing about them is kept, and nobody installs anything.

  3. 3

The same tap opens your Gate

Menu, hours, today’s special, the Wi-Fi and what is on this week, in your name and under your control.

  4. 4

They follow, and you can reach them

Follow is instant and private. From then on a new menu, an event or a quiet Tuesday reaches people who chose to hear it.

Where to start

The three things that matter first.

Everything on NexusG8 is yours from the first day. These are the three that change things soonest for restaurants.

01

The table code

A guest calls staff without waving, and the floor sees who is waiting and for how long.

02

The menu that is always right

Changed from a phone in a minute, with no reprint and no tape.

03

Followers who are yours

The people who love the place, reachable by you, on an address you own.

What you get

The same rails every community runs on.

Personal Gate

One address that’s yours.

nexusg8.com/meet/you: one card that travels with you into every community, event and room. A public side anyone can open, and a private card only the people you choose receive.

  • Your number and email are never public; you release them one swap at a time
  • The communities you belong to vouch for you, right on your card
  • On your QR, in your wallet and on every profile you already have
  • Export everything, whenever you like

Community Gate

A door with two choices.

Every Community Gate offers Follow, which is instant and private, and Ask to join, which a steward answers. Nobody joins unless a steward says yes: at the door, or by putting them on the roster first.

  • Your own address: nexusg8.com/join/your-community
  • A QR for the entrance, the flyer and the group description
  • Approve, hold or decline, with their card in front of you

Unified communications

One message. Everyone gets it.

Broadcasts, events, messages and voice notes from one place, to the people who chose to hear from you. No more posting the same announcement on five apps.

  • Broadcasts to the whole community
  • Events with RSVP, add-to-calendar and check-in at the door
  • Messages and voice notes between members, with context

Command Center

Run it all from one place.

The roster, the requests at the door, roles, events, broadcasts and the numbers, in one Command Center for the people who run the community.

  • Owners, admins and moderators, each with a seat of their own
  • Follow-ups, so nobody who asked falls through
  • A Friday digest: who joined, who asked, what’s next

Pages

Pages that do something.

Build a page from blocks that work: bookings, forms, a shop, events, a lock box and a voice hello. Every booking, form and contact swap lands in one list, with notes and follow-ups.

  • Bookings at the hours you set, confirmed by email
  • Forms that ask exactly what you need to know
  • A shop and payment links, with a pay-safely notice first
See every block

Shared value

When we earn, your community earns.

Half of what NexusG8 makes on each sale that comes through a verified community goes to that community, a fifth before it is verified. Itemised, sale by sale. Payouts have not started yet; the ledger is already counting.

  • Credited per sale, never from a pool
  • Half for a verified community, a fifth before
  • Every credit itemised on a statement

The agency

Need a partner, not just a tool?

The rails are software. The agency is people. We bring worthwhile deals to the athletes, creators and community leaders we represent, and give brands and founders direct routes to the communities and talent that fit them. A paid service, by application.

For talent & community leaders

  • Brand partnerships and sponsorships
  • Speaking and appearances
  • Offers screened for fit, terms negotiated

For brands & founders

  • Sponsorships screened for community fit
  • Creator and athlete partnerships
  • Pilots and launches with communities

Questions

Good questions.

Do guests have to download anything?
No. The code opens a page in the phone’s own browser. No app, no sign-up, no account to press a button.
Will this replace our point of sale?
No, and it does not try to. Keep the till, the kitchen screen and the delivery apps. This is the part none of them do: the guest at the table, and the relationship afterwards.
What if staff miss a press?
Every press is on the floor screen with how long it has waited, and every steward is pinged. Nothing depends on one person watching.
Can we design our own buttons?
Up to six, in your own words and your own colour. A shisha lounge and a bakery do not need the same four.
