NexusG8

For mosques & community centers

Stop chasing your community across five apps.

Broadcast lists, a newsletter, a social page, a sign-up sheet by the door. And half the community still misses the message. NexusG8 gives your masjid or center one place to reach everyone, a map of who you have, and a QR Gateway at the door that brings the whole community in.

In private beta, by invitation. Apply and we write when your place is ready.

The problem

You’ve said it yourself.

“We announced it everywhere.”

From the minbar, in the group chats, by email, on social media. And still, “nobody told us.”

“We don’t know who we have.”

Doctors, engineers, teachers and counsellors pray side by side every week and never meet. The board can’t find them either.

“Every program starts from zero.”

A new sign-up sheet, a new group, a new list. Nothing carries over to the next one.

Today

  • Broadcast lists, a newsletter and a page, all out of date
  • Sign-up sheets that end up in a drawer
  • Volunteers found by asking around
  • No idea who came last Friday

With NexusG8

  • One QR Gateway at the door
  • A roster that builds itself as people scan in
  • One place to message everyone, instantly
  • Events with RSVP and check-in

How it works

From the first scan to a network.

  1. 1

Put the QR Gateway at the door

Print it for the entrance, the Jumu’ah announcement and the flyer. Every family can scan it on the way in.

  2. 2

    Families ask to join

Follow is instant and private. Ask to join comes to your stewards.

  3. 3

    Approve the people you know

Your stewards see each request with the person’s card, and whether they are already on your list.

  4. 4

    Reach everyone from one place

Broadcasts, events with check-in, programs, and a Friday digest for the people who run it.

Where to start

The three things that matter first.

Everything on NexusG8 is yours from the first day. These are the three that change things soonest for mosques & centers.

01

The QR Gateway

One code that brings the whole community in: at the door, on the flyer, after the khutbah.

02

One place to message everyone

Broadcasts and events from the Command Center, instead of five apps and a newsletter.

03

A map of who you have

Skills, needs and roles, so the doctor, the lawyer and the volunteer can be found.

What you get

The same rails every community runs on.

Instant mapping

From a room of strangers to a map, in one scan.

People scan the code, ask to join and say what they do and what they need. Your community stops being a list of numbers and becomes a map you can search.

  • Paste the list you already have (names, numbers and emails) and the people on it are let in or marked as they arrive
  • Skills, offers and needs, shown only to people who share a community
  • Search your people: who here can help with this?

Unified communications

One message. Everyone gets it.

Broadcasts, events, messages and voice notes from one place, to the people who chose to hear from you. No more posting the same announcement on five apps.

  • Broadcasts to the whole community
  • Events with RSVP, add-to-calendar and check-in at the door
  • Messages and voice notes between members, with context

Command Center

Run it all from one place.

The roster, the requests at the door, roles, events, broadcasts and the numbers, in one Command Center for the people who run the community.

  • Owners, admins and moderators, each with a seat of their own
  • Follow-ups, so nobody who asked falls through
  • A Friday digest: who joined, who asked, what’s next

Community Gate

A door with two choices.

Every Community Gate offers Follow, which is instant and private, and Ask to join, which a steward answers. Nobody joins unless a steward says yes: at the door, or by putting them on the roster first.

  • Your own address: nexusg8.com/join/your-community
  • A QR for the entrance, the flyer and the group description
  • Approve, hold or decline, with their card in front of you

Routing

The right people meet.

NexusG8 reads what people offer and what they need across the communities they share, and suggests who should meet, on Home, on a Personal Gate, at an event. Introductions come warm, never cold.

  • Who you should meet, here and at this event
  • Ask for an introduction, and the person in between decides
  • Jobs, programs and volunteering, offered to your members, who claim them in a tap

Shared value

When we earn, your community earns.

Half of what NexusG8 makes on each sale that comes through a verified community goes to that community, a fifth before it is verified. Itemised, sale by sale. Payouts have not started yet; the ledger is already counting.

  • Credited per sale, never from a pool
  • Half for a verified community, a fifth before
  • Every credit itemised on a statement

Own hosting · approved communities

Your records, on infrastructure you choose.

Approved communities can keep their records in a database of their own, in the region they choose. The door, the Command Center and routing keep working; you hold the keys. Our team sets it up with you.

  • A dedicated database in your region, or your own cloud account
  • Your roster, requests, messages and events live there
  • Revoke our access or export everything, at any time

Questions

Good questions.

Do we have to stop using WhatsApp and email?
No. Keep what works. NexusG8 becomes the one place everything starts from, and the one list that is always up to date.
Who can see our members?
Only what each member chooses to show, and only to people they share a community with. Their number and email are never public.
Can our board and volunteers help run it?
Yes. Owners, admins and moderators each get their own seat in the Command Center.
Can a larger center keep its own records?
Approved communities can keep their records in a database of their own, in the region they choose. Our team sets it up with you.
