The Founding 313 · Built by Muslims, for the benefit of all

The product is built.
Now it has to reach
the rooms.

Not a round. Not a donation. A small number of people funding four months of runway for infrastructure our communities will own the use of from the day it stands.

$40,000four months, with hands
$25,000the floor that keeps it alive

51doors to self sustaining

One minute on why this exists.

Fund it Read it

01 · The habit

Seventeen times a day, at least, we ask for one thing.

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

Guide us along the straight path.

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour,

not of those who have earned Your anger,

nor of those who have gone astray.

Surah al-Fatihah · recited in every unit of every prayer

Then we stand up, and every address we print, every handle we build an audience on, every link in every bio, every call to action under everything we make: all of it sends our people, our attention and our money outward. To platforms built and owned and governed by people who have never once had our interest in mind.

We ask for the straight path seventeen times a day, and then spend the rest of it building somebody else's.

This is not an accusation of anyone. It is a description of a habit, and a habit can be changed by one decision.

02 · The one move

Humans. Not @handles.

Give every person one address that belongs to them.

Everything else here follows from that single move. Nobody migrates, nobody deletes anything, nobody adopts a new app.

Today

You hand somebody a link. You have seven, and not one of them is yours.

you instagram.com/you wa.me/your-number linkedin.com/in/you youtube.com/@you tiktok.com/@you your-shop.com you@email.com

Seven doorways, seven audiences, none of them reachable. Every one can close, rename you, or quietly stop showing you to the people who asked to see you.

With an address you own

The same seven. Now they all arrive at one place, and the place is yours.

instagram.com/you wa.me/your-number linkedin.com/in/you youtube.com/@you tiktok.com/@you your-shop.com you@email.com yourname yours, for life

Nothing is taken away. You keep every channel. The traffic you already generate lands somewhere that belongs to you, and the people on the other end become reachable.

03 · The gap

Your community is not a room.
It is an unmapped network.

2 billionof us, the fastest growing and most ethnically diverse community on earth
7 million+in North America, with $170.8 billion in spending power
0shared rails connecting any of it

We are not short of anything that matters. Platforms with real audiences. People making work that reaches millions. Founders, products, services, event companies, collectives, institutions, funds, whole professions.

Every ingredient exists. What does not exist is a single bridge connecting any of it to any of the rest. So a founder cannot find the investor three rows behind him at Jumu'ah. A masjid with four thousand people cannot tell you which of them is a lawyer. A woman looking for a co-founder and the man with exactly her missing skill attend the same dinner and leave as strangers. Not for lack of goodwill. For lack of rails.

No shared identity

If we cannot identify one another through a common layer of address and trust, we cannot act as one body in any coordinated way.

No shared map

If we cannot find our people, institutions, businesses and spaces, we cannot discover, connect, or direct value where it belongs.

No shared routing

If trust, opportunity and capital cannot move across common rails, coordination breaks down, value leaks out, and collective weight never compounds.

Power has shifted from land to networks. Without rails of our own, scale never becomes strength.

04 · The category

Community Intelligence and Infrastructure, as a Service.

Nobody searched for ride sharing before there was one. Nobody searched for renting a stranger's spare room. A category-defining company does not win an existing market. It names a thing people were already doing badly, and becomes the noun for it.

Communities already do all of this. They keep lists in spreadsheets, run their reach through a group chat somebody else administers, and lose the room every time an event ends. There is no name for the category that fixes it, because nobody has built it.

Uber did not build cars. It routed the ones already on the road. NexusG8 does not build communities. It gives the millions that already exist the rails they have never had.

CIaaS. We are not entering a market. We are naming one.

05 · Traction

This is not a deck for something unbuilt.

Everything below is running at nexusg8.com today. Open any of it on your phone while you read this.

Identity

A free address and contact card for every person, for life. Public pages, private cards, QR, NFC, wallet passes.

Open a Gate

Doors

A community Gate with Follow and Ask to join, an approved roster, roles, a directory and a block page of its own.

Events and check-in

Events, RSVP, scan to check in, and the room afterwards: who was there and who you should meet.

Payments

The live plans

Built from nothing, starting 7 September 2026

972updates shipped, on 40 of 41 days
165screens across the app and the site
122database upgrades, each applied safely
204test suites, 3,589 checks, run before every release

Counted from the code history, not estimated. For years this was quoted to me as a multi year build by a team. It took six weeks and one person, and the reason that matters to you is that it is the same six weeks that would otherwise have been spent raising to pay for it.

The money is not to build the product. It is to reach the rooms that are already waiting for it.

That is the whole difference between this and a pre-seed deck.

06 · The value

What each person actually walks away with.

Every one of these is a page you can open now. They are not pitches for something coming: they describe what the account you make today already does.

If you are a person

Free, for life, with no plan and no card.

If you lead a community

The same rails, in your own words, for the kind of room you run.

And once a community is verified

Half of a defined margin on what its own people pay returns to the community itself.

07 · Everything in one place

Do not take any of this on trust.

Six things, all of them open, none of them a slide. If you only have ten minutes, walk the prototype and then look at the Wall.

Walk the whole thing

The prototype takes you through it end to end as a member, a steward and the platform: nine communities, the people inside them, and what happens when they become visible to each other.

Open the prototype

What a steward would see

The Wall, drawn by its real screens with the year end projection: members by state, the skills and needs inside a community, and where people were actually routed this week. Every figure is marked as a projection, because none of it has been counted yet.

08 · The moat

Everyone stops at their own edge.

The competitive question is not features. It is what each kind of competitor is structurally unable to ask a community to do.

Three columns, because an owned identity alone is not the differentiator. The third one is.

Nobody has to migrate

The group chat stays. The Instagram stays. We connect what is underneath, which is why a community can say yes without making a decision it will regret.

Identity sits below the platform

A person's address is meant to outlive us. That is a strange thing to sell, and the only thing worth trusting.

The institution is the channel

We do not buy attention. A steward hands their own room a code. Pre-sold by relationships, with no advertising spend.

Stripe let businesses stop building banks. We let communities stop renting their own people back.

That is the whole company in one sentence, and it is the reason this is infrastructure rather than another place to post.

09 · How it is governed

Infrastructure for a people should be held like a trust.

Not owned like a system of extraction against them. Three intentions shape how this is built, and they are intentions, not instruments: nothing here binds until it is adopted and governed.

فى سبيل اللهFi Sabilillah

Public service by design

Built to serve, not to farm. A person's identity is free for life and is never the thing being monetised.

إنفاقInfaq

Circulation over extraction

Capital keeps moving through the community rather than pooling at the top. Half of a defined margin returns to the room that produced it.

أمانةAmanah

Stewardship over landlordism

The platform is held as a trust, weighted to long service and continuity rather than rent seeking.

10 · The numbers

Forty thousand dollars, and exactly what it does.

Our burn is five thousand a month: one person, and the infrastructure. That is not a rounding error in somebody's seed round, it is the whole company.

$5,000a month today: one person and the servers
$5,000a month more, for four months only: two part time people and the events
4months, which is the whole ask
51communities on Gateway and the base burn is covered

Self sustaining is arithmetic, not ambition. Gateway is $99 a month, so fifty one communities covers the five thousand a month this costs to run. That is the line we have to cross, and the only question is whether we can put fifty one doors in front of the people who already run those rooms inside four months.

The second five thousand a month is a push, not a payroll. Two part time people and the events are funded by this raise for four months and end with it. We are not asking anybody to fund a cost base that revenue then has to carry for ever: the line to cross stays fifty one.

One person cannot install fifty one communities in four months while also building the product. That sentence is the entire reason this number is not smaller.

The floor

$25,000

42 people at $600

Four months of runway exactly as we are: one person, the servers, and enough for the events already committed. The build continues and nothing breaks.

It buys survival, and only survival. At the end of it we are where we are today, with four months less time and the pre-launch story spent.

The target

$40,000

67 people at $600

The same four months with hands: two part time people, the events, and booths at the expos that put NexusG8 in front of a whole room at once rather than one steward at a time. All of it ends when the four months do.

It is the point we believe it starts paying for itself. That is the whole reason this number is not the smaller one.

And beyond it

$250,000

The full twelve months, by agreement rather than on this page

Four months buys survival and the beginning of revenue. A year buys the targets met, speed to market, the partnerships, and revenue compounding instead of starting. That is a different conversation with real terms, and it is the second door below.

Every dollar works from the day it arrives. There is no threshold to clear and nothing is held in escrow: the floor is what we must reach, the target is what we are asking for, and the gap between them is the only thing standing between four more months of one person and a company that pays for itself.

11 · Two doors

One of these is for you. They are not the same thing.

We will not blur this, because blurring it is how people get hurt. Funding the build is not buying a piece of the company, and we say so on every page.

Door one · open now

Fund the build

The Founding 313. You are funding four months of runway for infrastructure your community will own the use of. In return you take a place, a lifetime account and a name on the wall.

  • This is a company, not a charity. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
  • It buys no ownership, no shares and no vote. It buys a place and a product, for life.
  • Five paths, from $0 to $1,299. They are below.

Door two · by conversation

Invest

If you price rounds for a living, the 313 is not your instrument and we will not pretend otherwise. There is a real company here with a real wedge, and that is a conversation with terms, a data room and diligence.

  • Ask for the deck, the model and the cap table.
  • Nothing on this page is an offer of securities.
  • Many of the 313 do both. They are still two decisions.

12 · Door one, in full

Five ways to stand with the 313.

Bring what you have. Some bring wealth, some bring their hands and their people. At Badr both were counted.

The Founding 313, in full

$600

once · four times the runway of a place · counts toward the 313

  • Everything a place carries, brick and root address included
  • Named first on the wall, in the order shares arrive
  • Your own community installed and walked through by us
  • Sixty seven of these is the whole target

13 · The record

Real numbers. Nothing made up.

If we are going to ask on the strength of an obligation, this had better be the most honest page you read this month.

  • This is a company, not a charity. Contributions are not tax-deductible and buy no ownership, no shares and no vote.
  • Payouts to communities have not begun. Partner Terms take effect 9 November 2026.
  • The community share is half of a defined margin for an approved verified community, a fifth otherwise. It is not half of revenue, and no plan or sponsorship buys verification.
  • The waqf is an intention, not an instrument. It binds nothing until adopted and governed.
  • Cards and gateway devices are pre-orders, shipping from December 2026.
  • The fifteen year masjid figure is an illustration at today's prices, not a promise.
  • The wall shows real numbers only. No brick is ever seeded.
  • No organisation is named as a customer on any public page before they have said yes.

14 · Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Including the two that are uncomfortable, because leaving them out is how a page stops being believed.

Is it really finished, or is this a demo?

It is live and real. Every screen saves to a real database on production, and anybody can make a Personal Gate for free right now. There will always be refinements. The core is done.

What am I actually funding, if the product is built?

Four months of one person at a desk, and the cost of getting into rooms: events, booths, cards and the two part time people who make that possible. Not development. That is already paid for in six weeks of work.

Do I get equity for this?

No. A place in the Founding 313 buys a lifetime account, an address and a name on the wall. It buys no ownership, no shares and no vote, and we say so on every page. If you invest for a living, that is a separate conversation with real terms, and it starts with a call.

What happens if you do not reach the target?

Every dollar works from the day it arrives and nothing is held in escrow. Below $25,000 the build continues at one person and more slowly. Above it, the distribution starts.

Who owns it, and is it dependent on one person?

Mecca Digital LLC owns the brand, the domains, the data and the accounts. Every decision is written down inside the codebase itself, in plain words, so another engineer can pick it up. That documentation is unusual and it is deliberate.

Is it secure?

Hosted in the EU, encrypted, backed up nightly with an off site copy, and every database table is locked down. 204 automated test suites check privacy and permission rules before any release can go live, and the release is blocked if one of them fails.

How do you get users without an advertising budget?

Through institutions, not ads. A mosque or a WhatsApp group brings its own members through its own door, and the steward hands their room a code. That is why the ask is for events and rooms rather than for media spend.

When does money start coming back to communities?

Not yet, and every page says so. The ledger has been recording from the first day: half of a defined margin for an approved verified community, a fifth before that. The Partner Terms that govern it take effect on 9 November 2026, which is the framework rather than the first payment: we will not put a date on that until there is one we can keep.

What is the plan after four months?

Fifty one communities on Gateway covers the running cost, and at that point this does not need funding again. If it goes further than that, we raise on real numbers rather than on a plan.

Why should a non Muslim investor care?

Because the thesis does not depend on who the community is. Every institution on earth rents its own congregation from a platform that monetises the gap. We are proving the model on the community we know best, and it is the fastest growing one on earth.

15 · The ask

Some obligations fall on all of us
until enough of us answer.

We believe this is one. We do not need millions to begin: we need sixty seven people who commit. The product is built, the burn is five thousand a month, and four months is the distance between here and a thing that pays for itself.

Built By Muslims. Designed To Benefit All.

Where these numbers come from. Everything about the build and the business is first party and can be checked: the build counted from the code history, the prices from the live checkout, the community share from the ledger and the Partner Terms. The market figures are DinarStandard and Thrive 2025. The one projection we publish, the Wall for 31 December, is labelled as one on its own page.
